Ghana: Oh, These Volta Lake Disasters!

The boat disaster on the Volta Lake on Tuesday, which apparently claimed most of the lives on the boat, is one too many on the lake. Anytime there is such a disaster, authorities resolve to be more vigilant. But lives continue to be lost.
