NEC Boss Appeals To Liberians...To Turn Out and Vote on Referendum, is a headline in the Insight newspaper, that echoes an appeal made by the NEC chairman to Liberians.The paper reports that as the time for the National Referendum and the presidential and legislative election draws near, the National Elections Commission (NEC) has made another passionate plea to Liberian to turn out en masse to vote ?yes? or ?no? in the August 23, Referendum. According to James Fromayan, Chairman of NEC, it would be unfair for Liberians to boycott the referendum.
